Fusion Gym offers multiple services for our patients. We strive to keep our athletes both safe and well informed. Below are the terms and by-laws, for your review:

1. Fusion Gym Liability Release
2. Month to Month Unlimited Membership – 3 Months
3. Month to Month Unlimited Membership – 12 months
4. Paid in Full Unlimited Membership – 1 Year Term
