Regained lost weight results in more fat and less lean body mass. The 1st -2nd month of any calorie diet change will slow the body’s metabolism – BAD!, where our body thinks it is hibernating, after consistent change and daily exercise approximately 6-8 weeks your Basal Metabolic Rate will begin to increase slowly and safely thus starting the positive weight loss results. Disruption in this process results in weight gain and more difficult to initiate the long term positive results.
