Most insurance plans are accepted at Goodyear Chiropractic Health Center. Listed on this page are some of the insurance companies we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesiate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
We also offer workable and reasonable cash rates for the uninsured.

Our billing staff is available to assist patients with billing inquiries or problems by calling Monday-Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm at (414) 332-6001. Services provided by the billing staff includes claims submitted and coordination of benefits with multiple insurance companies. In an effort to provide the best service possible, we continue to update our computer system to meet insurance billing requirements.

We are happy to provide a complementary benefit check at your request. We also make all efforts possible to follow up on claims submitted and pre-authorize additional treatment.
