Approximately 80 percent of the U.S. population will experience back pain at some point in their life. It can often be debilitating and results in BILLIONS of dollars in health costs every year. There are many different causes: sprains, strains, disc herniations, trauma, and chronic overuse just to name a few. However, it does not have to be permanent. Often times, taking a conservative approach to back pain through chiropractic care, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation, can reduce the chance of needing surgery.
Injuries are an inherent risk of playing any sport. When we get sidelined, we want to get back in the gym as soon as possible. Our clinicians have obtained decades of sports medicine experience working with new and old injuries. Athletes of all levels from youth, professionals, to weekend warriors can benefit from treatment inside our full-service sports medicine and exercise rehab clinic. Sometimes the pain is new…however, typically, we see patients with an old injury they just want resolved.
