Training Program Design
Our certified personal trainers will design a custom exercise program specifically for YOU! Researchers have found that lifestyle changes and exercise routines are more successful at helping people reach their goals when using a program that is designed exclusively for them. Our custom exercise programs are built for 6 week progressions and personalized based on:
- Your individual profile (including age, exercise history, medical history, fitness level, goals)
- Variety of equipment available to you (home, gym, or on the road)
- Your schedule
- Previous results and reassessment
Each program will follow our Body Fusion lifestyle approach. We take a full body approach challenging your body's functional and fitness levels with cross training including strength, power, endurance, anaerobic and aerobic capabilities for faster and better outcomes. The variety of exercises provided will focus on pushing your body to work harder to avoid hitting a plateau and keeping it fun so you do not burn out.

- Initial Program Design with Assessment — $120
- Follow Up: Re-assessment, body composition measurements and six week program modifications — $80
