Body Fusion for the older adult

Goodyear Health offers classes specifically designed for our older adult clients. In order to cross train effectively, you should try all exercises – in moderation. Strengthen your heart and lungs, burn calories, tone muscles, improve posture, increase bone density, become more flexible, and challenge coordination and agility.

Studies have shown that adults who exercise and stay active will live longer healthier lives. Our older adults programs and classes are designed for the unique physical needs of an older audience. We strive to improve quality of life… help with bending, lifting, carrying, climbing stairs or keeping up with your grandchildren. The classes utilize light hand weights, resistance tubing, and light weight balls while you get fit, make friends and have fun in a noncompetitive environment.
