Body Fusion at Goodyear Health Center is a personalized group fitness program designed to burn fat, build muscle and ramp up your metabolism. It’s so effective that you burn up to two times the calories in half the time of a normal 30 minute workout.

We take a unique approach to our classes, by fusing the disciplines of core strength, muscle balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness of the full body or targeted muscle groups. We emphasize a mixture of intense, fun conditioning incorporating strength, aerobics, stretching, plyometrics, and interval cardio training while strictly enforcing proper form and balance. We keep our class sizes smaller to allow for the proper attention on individual needs for correction in form and demonstration during classes.

Our Body Fusion programs are diverse...

No matter what level of fitness you participate in, each class is a 55-minute sweat inducing, body sculpting, educational fitness experience. By popular demand we continue to add and evolve our program. Our programs run for 12 weeks and change with the seasons – four times a year. We believe that in order to achieve a healthy transformation; time, consistency and progressions are required for a lifestyle change. This is why our programs are set up to monitor your body composition, nutrition and change your goals every six weeks.

Body Fusion Intro

A fun class specifically designed for more introductions to functional full body exercises with a slower pace for learning and lower level fitness. Learn basic alignment and proper form of exercise techniques. This calorie burning class fuses anaerobic exercises, strength training, core-conditioning and orthopedic stretching to produce long, lean muscles and a strong, flexible, youthful body. This class is open to all levels and with no experience required.

Body Fusion Open

Athletically paced classes open to intermediate to very advanced athletes. We continue an emphasis on the basic Body Fusion positions with longer duration, variations, and interval cardio training. Come ready to strengthen your entire body with an emphasis on the core. We challenge you with high intensity strength training performed with adjusted short intervals of rest. This anaerobic exercise maximizes muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance which generates maximum calorie burn, resulting in a well defined body. Classes depending on your fitness level, may include the use of free weights, TRX suspension, bosu, exerbands, fitball, discs, body bars, boxes and steps.

Body Fusion Advanced

Experienced guests only. You must have taken at least ten open level Body Fusion classes before taking an Advanced level class, and be proficient at the basic positions as this class incorporates advanced positioning and strength while maintaining a higher targeted heart rate zone and longer sets, higher levels of intensity, Olympic power lifts, multi-planar plyometrics and more creative variations.

Fitness classes are on a sign-up/drop-in basis. Drop-ins are welcome RATE $25, but it is ADVISED to call in advance as classes are cancelled with less than 4 sign-ups and are full after 8 participants. Goodyear Health Center does not require a membership. Clients can purchase drop in single sessions, 12 week packages at a discounted rate or become a member to receive the most health and fitness benefits at greatly reduced rates.
