Physical education programs are being cut, children are becoming less active and sports are becoming overly competitive. The choices you and your child make today will affect them for the rest of their lives.

We provide the tools necessary to transform your child's health through the teen years into adulthood. Class is adaptable enough for the entire family to enjoy and will include a combination of breath work, balance, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, proper body movement, and yoga postures and poses.
