Body Fusion is training inspired by Crossfit, Insanity and P90x combined. We will develop a personalized training routine for you focusing on perfect form, muscle recruitment and balance for a safe workout to prevent further dysfunction and injury. These fundamentals will ultimately lead to a stronger, toned, flexible and more athletic body.

We offer a wide variety of classes ranging from yoga… both group and individual training classes specific to certain ages and capabilities… to children’s exercise… to group Body Fusion fitness… and total body sculpting. We encourage everyone to try an exercise class, because strength training is an important physical activity which should be performed by every person of every age and fitness level; not only for function but also to increase our body’s metabolism and energy.

A small group environment ensures you receive appropriate personal interaction to ensure understanding of the exercises and proper form to avoid injury. Our Rehab team and physical trainers understand that in order to be successful at anything there has to be a plan and direction to an intended goal.
Before participating in any training we will schedule you for a one on one pre-training consultation. We will help you create and progress your individual fitness S.M.A.R.T. goals. When S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, Timely) goals are in place, coupled with lifestyle modifications and unique individual workouts, you can get the results you need to live a healthy fit life!
All clients will also have the capability to track their body composition every six weeks. Our trainers will always guide you and recommend what class or classes would be best suited for your level of fitness and goals.
